DESCRIPTION: 19th century circa 1870 original authentic Plains Indians Native American stone headed war club skull crusher with sinew sewn hide wrapped shaft original beadwork at bottom. From an old untouched estate. SIZE: 20″L not including the end tassels, stone head is 4 3/4″W. CONDITION: Good, nice original color/patina, stone head has some small flat chips, sinew sewn hide wrap on handle is complete, missing some beads at bottom (has old tape over beads), painted hide band on one side around stone head has wear & split/tear (photo 6) stone attachment is stable not coming off, no repairs.
