This is a fantastic Antique large Native American Indian Doll. This one has a real buckskin dress. This doll was made in the 19th century , It is in great condition. This is a museum caliber Native American Indian doll. We have also listed on another listing a very special beaded Native American Indian Peyote Pouch. We are not sure which tribe made it, but it had to be a tribe that has a Peyote practice in their tribe. This one is a 19th century beaded peyote pouch. We have also posted a few more vintage 19th century Native American Artifacts like a fantastic pair of 19th century Native American Children’s moccasins. They might be Sioux or Chyenne. I will say that you can go to 100 antiques shows and or Flea markets and will Not find anything Native American this special. These Children moccasins are only about 5 inches long. They came from an important Native American collection. We also listed on another listing what looks like a vintage 19th century Native American Awl case that was sewn up on top to be worn as an ornament on an Indian belt. It is fully beaded and it’s about 11 long with tin cones. We have also listed another very nice 19th Century Native American Beaded medicine pouch. Please check all of our listings. MAKE AN OFFER ——- WOW here is an ESTATE FRESH MUSEUM QUALITY ANTIQUE NATIVE AMERICAN PLAINS INDIAN PIPE TOMAHAWK!!! This is a very rare and special object. Estate fresh this is an amazing piece and highly prized by any collector. It is in great condition for its age with natural wear, and a rich patina. The Tomahawk features a beautiful beaded leather drop, a pierced blade featuring bat and heart designs, and a brass tack hard wood filed handle. These are usually owned or made for high ranking Native American Indian Chiefs, and usually stay in the families of the original owners, or in private collections. The beaded drop is finely beaded with blue, black, and white beads. It also has adorned to it small brass buttons, 2 bells, and tin tassels. The wood handle has been drilled for smoking. The Tomahawk head is 13 inches long, by 5 inches wide, and the handle is 24 inches long. There is no damage or repairs to note. Let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for looking. RARE Vintage Native American Indian hand created basketry hat (exact date not known) Nuu-chah-nulth Vintage Nootka Makha North Coast American Indian Whaler’s Chief Maquinna basket Hat Museum Piece This hat was worn by chiefs and whalers in the village only. The all natural material used to weave this hat is red cedar bark which is stripped from the tree in mid June. A 10-12 inch strip is taken from the north side of the tree and may be 20-30 feet in length. The bark is then taken off the strip until the fine part of the cedar becomes soft and flexible. The design is beautifully illustrated with canoes, Nuu-chah-nulth Whalers and grey whales all intricately woven with black swamp grass.
